中小民营企业宣传工作的问题和对策解析

摘要 中小民营企业是推动国民经济发展,构造市场经济主体,促进社会稳定的基础力量。特别是当前,在确保国民经济适度增长、缓解就业压力、实现科教兴国、优化经济结构等方面,均发挥着越来越重要的作用。中小民营企业宣传工作非常重要,对内可以统一员工思想,增强凝聚力;对外可以有效树立企业形象、提高核心竞争力。要想在新时期做好中小民营企业宣传工作,就必须立足当前中小民营企业宣传工作的现状,清醒看到存在的问题,发挥创新精神,制定相应的发展策略,促使中小民营企业实现高质量发展。 Small and medium-sized private enterprises are the basic force to promote the development of national economy,construct the main body of market economy and promote social stability.Especially at present,it plays a more and more important role in ensuring the moderate growth of the national economy,relieving the employment pressure,rejuvenating the country through science and education,and optimizing the economic structure.The publicity work of small and medium-sized private enterprises is very important.Internally,it can unify the thoughts of employees and enhance cohesion;externally,it can effectively establish the corporate image and improve core competitiveness.To do well in the publicity work of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the new era,it is necessary to base on the current situation of publicity work of small and medium-sized private enterprises,see the existing problems clearly,exert innovative spirit,formulate corresponding development strategies,and promote small and medium-sized private enterprises to achieve high-quality development.
