摘要
随着知识产权意识的不断增强,社会、高校乃至个人对于专利信息利用的需求也日益增加。Innojoy专利分析平台以其丰富的数据源、快速灵活的检索方式和强大的统计分析功能在知识产权领域具有独特作用。文章借助该平台对湘潭大学2004—2023年共20年来获得的所有专利进行检索并开展分析,从专利信息角度出发,统计分析湘潭大学的专利申请趋势、专利授权情况、专利技术领域态势、专利发明人、专利合作情况以及法律状态等方面的数据,旨在为今后高校的科技创新和管理制度修订提供参考。
With the continuous enhancement of intellectual property awareness,the demand for patent information utilization in society,universities,and even individuals is also increasing.The Innojoy patent analysis platform plays a unique role in the field of intellectual property with its rich data sources,fast and flexible retrieval methods,and powerful statistical analysis functions.The article uses this platform to search and analyze all patents obtained by Xiangtan University over the past 20 years from 2004 to 2023.Starting from the perspective of patent information,it statistically analyzes the patent application trend,patent authorization situation,patent technology field situation,patent inventors,patent cooperation situation,and legal status of Xiangtan University,aiming to provide reference for future scientific and technological innovation and management system revision in universities.
