摘要
近年来糖尿病的发病率呈上升趋势,但目前的治疗方案有限。随着患者预期寿命的延长,出现了一系列糖尿病新兴并发症。镍纹蛋白样蛋白(Meteorin-like protein,Metrnl)是一种新型脂肪因子。研究表明其与糖脂代谢、肿瘤生长、免疫、认知功能、骨骼肌修复、心脑血管功能密切相关,并参与糖尿病及其新兴并发症的发生发展。本文就目前Metrnl在肿瘤、感染、肝病、认知功能和失能中的作用及机制进行阐述。
Recently,the incidence of diabetes mellitus has been increasing;however,current treatment options are limited.As the life expectancy of patients has increased,a range of diabetes mellitus-associated complications with have emerged.Meteorin-like protein(Metrnl)is a novel adipokine closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism,tumor growth,immunity,cognitive function,skeletal muscle repair,and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular functions and involved in the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus and emerging complications.This study focuses on the current roles and mechanisms of Metrnl in cancer,infections,liver diseases,cognitive function,and disabilities.
