摘要
目的探讨黑色素瘤免疫相关不良事件领域的发展历程和研究热点,并分析此领域研究的不足并提出展望。方法采用CiteSpace 6.1.R6和VOSviewer 1.6.19软件分析Web of Science(WOS)数据库中黑色素瘤免疫相关不良事件领域的相关文献,检索时间从2006年1月至2023年12月。结果共筛选出1955篇文献,随着年份的增加,黑色素瘤免疫相关不良事件领域发表文献数量呈先增长后下降的趋势,其中美国(849篇)占据主导地位。共有615名作者参与了此领域1955篇文献的发表,Johnson Douglas B(31篇)、Wolchok Jedd D(24篇)和Lambotte Olivier(22篇)在这一领域的研究最为活跃,分别位于前3位。New England Journal of Medicine、Journal of Clinical Oncology等是中心性和被引用次数均排前2名的期刊。该领域的研究方向主要集中在医学、临床、分子学、生物学和免疫学等相关领域。关键词共现和聚类分析显示,主要关键词被分为3个集群。文献共引和高被引文献深度分析结果显示,该领域热点集中于晚期黑色素瘤、生物制剂、皮肤毒性、调节性T淋巴细胞、管理策略、生物标志物等内容。结论黑色素瘤免疫相关不良事件领域的3大研究热点为涉及多器官的黑色素瘤免疫相关不良事件研究,研究黑色素瘤免疫相关不良事件的产生机制、免疫异常毒性与抗肿瘤疗效之间的推定关系并形成管理指南,以及预测性基因组生物标志物研究。未来可使用单细胞RNA测序和人工智能等新兴技术探究具有更好性能的相关基因和新型生物标志物。
Objective To explore the development history and research hotspots of immune related adverse events in melanoma,analyze the shortcomings of research in this field,and propose prospects.Method CiteSpace 6.1.R6 and VOSviewer 1.6.19 software were used to analyze relevant literature in the field of melanoma immune related adverse events in the Web of Science(WOS)database from January 2006 to December 2023.Result A total of 1955 articles were screened out,and with the increase of years,the number of articles published in the field of melanoma immune related adverse events showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with the United States(849 articles)occupying the dominant position.A total of 615 authors participated in the publication of 1955 articles in this field,with Johnson Douglas B(31 articles),Wolchok Jedd D(24 articles),and Lambotte Olivier(22 articles)being the most active researchers in this field,ranking in the top 3,respectively.The New England Journal of Medicine and Journal of Clinical Oncology were the top two journals in terms of centrality and citation count.The research directions in this field mainly focus on related fields such as medicine,clinical practice,molecular biology,biology,and immunology.Keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis showed that the main keywords are divided into three clusters.The results of literature co-citation and in-depth analysis of highly cited literature showed that the hot topics in this field are focused on advanced melanoma,biological agents,skin toxicity,regulatory T cells,management strategies,biomarkers,and other content.Conclusion The three major research hotspots in the field of melanoma immune related adverse events are the study of melanoma immune related adverse events involving multiple organs,the study of the mechanism of melanoma immune related adverse events,the presumed relationship between immune abnormal toxicity and anti-tumor efficacy,and the formation of management guidelines,as well as the study of predictive genomic biomarkers.In th
