摘要
本研究旨在提高湿法磷酸浓缩装置的运行周期,以满足日益增长的磷酸需求,并减少生产过程中的资源浪费。通过对现有湿法磷酸浓缩装置的性能进行深入分析,提出了一种综合的改进方法,包括材料优化、工艺参数调整和自动控制系统的优化。经过实验验证和数值模拟,成功地延长了装置的运行周期,减少了维护次数,提高了生产效率。本研究为湿法磷酸浓缩装置的可持续运营提供了有力支持,对于磷酸工业的发展具有重要意义。
The aim of this study is to improve the operation cycle of the wet phosphoric acid concentration plant to meet the increasing demand for phosphoric acid and reduce the waste of resources in the production process.A comprehensive improvement method including material optimization,process parameter adjustment and automatic control system optimization is proposed by analyzing the performance of the existing wet phosphoric acid concentrator.Through experimental verification and numerical simulation,we have successfully extended the operation cycle of the unit,reduced the number of maintenance,and improved the production efficiency.This study provides strong support for the sustainable operation of the wet phosphoric acid concentration plant and is of great significance for the development of phosphoric acid industry.
