摘要
通过使用球磨机对碳/碳边角料进行研磨,得到其粒径均匀分布。采用乳液聚合法将碳/碳边角料填充到天然橡胶中,制备出天然橡胶复合材料,对复合材料的性能进行了研究。实验结果表明:碳/碳边角料的加入能明显提高橡胶复合材料的耐磨、导电和导热性能,但硫化时间随用量增多呈现缓慢上升的趋势;当碳/碳边角料的用量为5份时,通过SEM观察可知,碳/碳边角料中的碳纤维在橡胶中分散程度和界面结合力达到最佳,测试表明此时复合材料的整体力学性能最优。
Based on the C/C scrap grinding by ball mill,get the uniform distribution of the particle size.The C/C scrap filled into natural rubber by emulsion,preparation of natural rubber composites,the properties of the composites were studied.The experimental results show that C/C scrap can obviously improve the wear resistance of rubber composites,electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity,but with the increase in dosage,curing time showed a slow upward trend.When the C/C scrap dosage was 5 phr,the SEM observations showed that the dispersion degree of carbon fiber in rubber and the interfacial bonding strength are the best,the test shows that the optimum mechanical properties composite materials at the same time.
