摘要
以某铜业公司电解厂高电流密度下阴极铜精细化生产实践为例,分别从电解液和阳极板成分、阳极板外观、添加剂用量、电解液杂质元素净化等方面进行分析总结。由该厂3年生产实践可知,在持续高电流密度(320~355 A/cm^(2))生产条件下,通过精细化管控,生产各项经济指标达到较优值,电流效率在98.55%左右,阴极铜优质品率≥97%,合格率>99%,综合成本以及加工成本在逐年下降;在混合处理外购杂铜阳极板情况下,其阴极铜产量在2024年更是突破420 000 t。由此可见,根据实际生产情况,通过快速精准调整电解生产过程,可实现高电流密度下阴极铜的稳定生产。
Taking the refined production practice of cathode copper under high current density in a copper electrolysis plant of a certain copper industry company as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the composition of electrolyte and anode plate,appearance of anode plate,dosage of additives,and purification of electrolyte impurity elements.According to the 3-year production practice of the factory,under continuous high current density(320~355 A/cm^(2))production conditions,through refined control,various economic indicators of production have reached optimal values.The current efficiency is around 98.55%,the high-quality rate of cathode copper is≥97%,the qualification rate is>99%,and the comprehensive cost and processing cost are decreasing year by year.In the case of mixed processing of purchased copper anode plates,its cathode copper production exceeded 420000 t in 2024.From this,it can be seen that based on the actual production situation,stable production of cathode copper under high current density can be achieved by quickly and accurately adjusting the electrolysis production process.
