摘要
嵌入与回应是组织振兴的两大机制,但两者的理论边界、逻辑关系、协同路径等仍待进一步探索。文章通过构建“嵌入-回应”分析框架,结合河南、广东、陕西省内3个乡村的案例比较,重点考察嵌入机制与回应机制不同组合下的乡村振兴效能,继而归纳总结“嵌入-回应”机制的运作逻辑和协同路径。研究表明:首先,嵌入侧重于党组织的自我调适,回应侧重于乡村社会的整体调适;其次,两者能够形成次序性、叠加态、耦合化的制度体系,其蕴含着以党组织的自我调适带动乡村社会整体调适的实践链条,以及结构重塑促进功能再造的理论内核;最后,两者的协同需要结合农村基层党建创新、乡村社会再组织化以及乡村治理体系构建的实践,依据实践要求实现嵌入对回应的带动。
Embedding and response are two mechanisms of organizational revitalization,however,explorations are still needed on their theoretical boundary,logical relationship and collaborative path.By constructing a theoretical framework on″Embedding-Response″,comparisons are made on cases of Henan,Guangdong and Shaanxi provinves,this paper focuses on revitalization effects of three types of organizations:″Weak Embedding-Weak Response″,″Strong Embedding-Weak Response″and″Strong Embedding-Strong Response″,and summerizes the functional logic and collaborative path of the embedding-response mechanism.The research shows that:firstly,embedding focuses on the self-adjustment of party organizations,while response focuses on the overall adjustment of rural society;Secondly,the two can form an orderly,superimposed and coupled system,which contains a practical chain that drives the overall adjustment of rural society with the self-adjustment of party organizations and the theoretical core of structural reconstruction to promote functional reconstruction;Finally,the coordination of the two needs to combine the practice of rural grassroots party building innovation,rural social reorganization and rural governance system construction,and realize the embedding to drive the response according to the practical requirements.
