摘要
文章以河北某LNG项目20万m^(3)全容式混凝土LNG储罐建造为例,对LNG储罐建造全过程的计划控制及管理进行分析,结合项目在建过程的实际经验,总结了LNG储罐建造在设计、采办、施工、调试等板块的计划编制条件,关键路径控制流程及计划控制管理要点、风险分析等,形成一套完整的LNG储罐建造全过程计划管理体系,若项目在建过程中能依据该体系按部就班实施,可有效且显著提升项目建造进度,节约关键路径工期,确保工程项目既定目标得以实现。
Taking the construction of a 200000 m^(3) full-containment concrete LNG storage tank in a LNG project in Hebei as an example,this paper analyzes the planning control and management throughout the entire process of LNG storage tank construction.Combining the practical experience during the ongoing construction process of the project,it summarizes the planning preparation conditions,critical path control procedures,key points of planning control management,and risk analysis in the areas of design,procurement,construction,and commissioning for LNG storage tank construction.This forms a comprehensive full process planning management system for LNG storage tank construction.If the project can be implemented systematically and methodically according to this system during the construction process,it can effectively and significantly enhance the project construction progress,save critical path durations,and ensure that the established goals of the engineering project can be achieved.
