摘要
西藏地方档案教育,在党中央的持续关注下,历经从无到有不断取得发展。为进一步推动西藏地方档案教育的高质量发展,文章通过梳理图情档一级学科更名、“新文科”建设背景下对西藏地方档案教育带来的变化、教育人才援藏提供协同合作平台等,分析西藏地方档案教育在新变化进程中需要解决的问题,进而讨论西藏地方档案教育创造性转化与创新性发展的路径。研究提出需要从高质量特色教材编制、课程体系的守正创新以及职业技能的强化培养等方面,推进西藏地方档案教育在信息资源数字化、学科特色化方面的创造性转化;从课程思政的趋势把握、产教融合的路径选择以及继续教育的深度覆盖三方面推动西藏地方档案教育的创新性发展。
Under the continuous attention of the Central Committee of the CPC,the local archival education in Xizang has developed continuously from scratch.In order to further promote the high-quality development of local archival education in Xizang,the article analyzes the problems that need to be solved in the process of new changes of the local archival education in Xizang by combing through the renaming of the first-level disciplines of graphic archives,the changes brought about by the construction of"new liberal arts"in the context of the local archival education in Xizang,and the synergistic and cooperative platform provided by the educational talents in aid of Xizang and discusses the paths of creative transformation and innovative development of the local archival education in Xizang.The study analyzes the problems that need to be solved in the process of new changes in Xizang's local archival education,and then discusses the path of creative transformation and innovative development of Xizang's local archival education.The study proposes that it is necessary to promote the creative transformation of archival education in Xizang in terms of digitization of information resources and specialization of disciplines through the preparation of high-quality and characteristic teaching materials,the righteousness and innovation of the curriculum system,and the strengthening of the cultivation of vocational skills;and that it is necessary to promote the innovative development of archival education in Xizang through the grasping of the trend of curriculum ideology and politics,the choice of paths of integration between industry and education,and the in-depth coverage of continuing education.
