摘要
目的研究贝前列素钠联合达格列净治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。方法选择本院2021年1月至2021年12月期间治疗的80例2型糖尿病早期肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组40例,前者行口服达格列净治疗,后者行贝前列素钠联合达格列净治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、代谢指标。结果观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组UACR、24 h尿蛋白水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组Scr、BUN水平均较干预前下降,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组GFR水平均升高,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论贝前列素钠联合达格列净治疗糖尿病肾病患者具有理想的疗效,可降低尿蛋白排泄,改善肾功能,减少肾脏损伤,提升临床效果。
Objective To study the efficacy of beraprost sodium combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Eighty patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received oral dapagliflozin treatment,while the observation group received beraprost sodium combined with dapagliflozin treatment.The clinical efficacy and metabolic indicators between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,UACR and 24 h urinary protein levels were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of Scr and BUN decreased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,GFR levels increased in both groups,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusions Beraprost sodium combined with dapagliflozin has ideal efficacy in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,reducing urinary protein excretion,improving kidney function,reducing renal damage,and enhancing clinical outcomes.
