摘要
大数据的利用在临床研究中变得越来越重要,对大量数据的收集和分析有可能彻底改变医学研究和改善患者的预后。在这一过程中,临床大数据中心承担主要角色,发挥关键作用。本文从临床大数据中心的产生、在科研应用中的作用以及其目前存在的问题等方面,对临床大数据中心在临床研究中的应用进行综述,希望能为研究大数据的临床科研工作者提供思路。
The use of big data is becoming more and more important in clinical research.The collection and analysis of large amounts of data may completely change medical research and improve the prognosis of patients.In this process,the clinical big data center plays a major role and plays a key role.This paper reviews the application of clinical big data center in clinical research from the aspects of the emergence of clinical big data center,the role of scientific research application and its existing problems,hoping to provide ideas for clinical researchers who study big data.
