摘要
泰州市自2017年正式推行垃圾分类工作以来,通过前端分类抓投放、促减量,中端收运抓监管、促规范,后端处置抓项目、促运营,全市生活垃圾分类质效显著提升。随着科技发展,泰州市开发投放本土智能垃圾分类收集亭,在实践运营的基础上,泰州市于2022年起草发布了DB3212/T 1111—2022《生活垃圾分类智能收集亭管理规范》地方标准。本文通过叙述该地方标准的起草背景、标准内容、实践创新等,为标准的更好实施和持续优化进行解读。
Since the garbage sorting was officially implemented in 2017,Taizhou city has significantly improved the quality and efficiency of household garbage sorting through focus on littering and promotion of reduction at the front-end classification,focus on supervision and promotion of standardization at the mid-end collection and transportation,as well as focus on projects and promotion of operation at the back-end disposal.With the development of technology,Taizhou city has developed and deployed local intelligent garbage sorting and collection booths.On the basis of practical operation,Taizhou city drafted and released the local standard DB3212/T 1111-2022,Management specification for intelligent collection booths for household waste classification,in 2022.This paper provides a theoretical interpretation for the better implementation and continuous optimization of the local standard by describing its drafting background,standard contents,and practical innovation.
