基于Voronoi法的120方坯拉矫过程微晶塑性演化数值模拟研究

摘要 结合拉坯矫直机现场实际工况,基于Voronoi法建立了方坯拉矫过程钢坯三维随机微晶模型,通过纳米压痕实验统计晶粒异质性信息确定晶粒异质性特性并划分晶粒类型,由晶粒异质性系数确定各类晶粒材料属性。基于Python脚本编程将不同材料属性按概率随机赋予Voronoi元胞。建立了考虑晶粒异质性的SUS301L-HT不锈钢方坯拉矫过程热力耦合微晶模型,计算并揭示了拉坯矫直过程温度场、应力场瞬时演化规律。结果表明:考虑晶粒异质性模型能更好地揭示拉坯矫直过程温度场、应力场的不均匀性分布状态,尤其是钢坯相邻晶粒边界处的应力会发生突变,且随着晶粒间力学性能差异越大,突变现象越显著。基于Voronoi法建立考虑晶粒异质性的拉坯矫直数值模型可有效反馈拉坯矫直过程中微观演化机理。 The three-dimensional random microcrystalline model for billet pulling and straightening process was established based on the Voronoi method combined with billets in pulling and straightening machine site actual working conditions.The characteristics of grain heterogeneity were determined and the grain types were classified by statistical grain heterogeneity information of nanoindentation experiments.The material properties of each grain type were determined by grain heterogeneity coefficient.Based on Python script programming,different material properties were randomly assigned to Voronoi cellular according to probability.The thermodynamically coupled microcrystalline model of SUS301L-HT stainless steel in billet pulling and straightening process considering grain heterogeneity was established,and the transient evolution laws of temperature and stress fields in pulling and straightening process were calculated and revealed.The results show that the model considering grain heterogeneity can better reveal homogeneous distribution state of temperature and stress fields in pulling and straightening process.In particular,the stress at the adjacent grain boundaries of the billet undergoes abrupt changes and the greater the difference in mechanical properties between grains,the more significant the mutation phenomenon.The numerical model of billet in pulling and straightening based on the Voronoi method considering grain heterogeneity can provide effective feedback on the microscopic evolution mechanism in pulling and straightening process.
