摘要
针对需求响应市场中电动汽车充电电价的制定未充分考虑区域电网与电动汽车聚合商的利益均衡问题及电动汽车集群参与需求响应后如何合理分配收益的问题,论文提出计及电动汽车集群需求响应的电价谈判策略,及基于改进Shapley值的电动汽车集群收益分配策略。首先,建立了电动汽车聚合商需求响应成本电价模型,结合电动汽车可参与需求响应时段,提出了基于需求响应容量的电价谈判策略,获得可平衡双方利益的需求响应电价;然后基于上述电价测算电动汽车集群参与需求响应的收益,并采用改进的Shapley值进行收益分配。最后通过算例证明所提策略可均衡电动汽车集群与电力公司的收益,并有效确保收益的合理分配,提高电动汽车用户参与需求响应的积极性。
In response to the insufficient consideration of the balance of interests between regional power grids and EVA in the formulation of electric vehicle charging prices in the demand response market,as well as the issue of how to reasonably allocate profits after the participation of electric vehicle clusters in demand response,the paper proposes a price negotiation strategy that takes into account the demand response of electric vehicle clusters,and an electric vehicle cluster profit distribution strategy based on improved Shapley values.Firstly,a demand response cost electricity price model for electric vehicle aggregators was established.Combining the demand response time periods that electric vehicles can participate in,the electricity price negotiation strategy based on demand response was proposed to obtain a demand response electricity price that can balance the interests of both parties;Then,based on the above electricity prices,calculate the benefits of electric vehicle cluster participation in demand re⁃sponse,and use the improved Shapley value for income distribution.The example shows that the proposed strategy can balance the benefits of electric vehicle clusters and power companies,effectively ensure the reasonable distribu⁃tion of benefits,and enhance the enthusiasm of electric vehicle users to participate in demand response.
