基于均压理论的寺河煤矿采空区瓦斯防治技术研究

摘要 寺河煤矿53032巷与5303采空区相邻,目前巷道变形严重,瓦斯抽采能力不足,具有严重的瓦斯安全隐患。本文基于均压原理,研究通风系统调控方案,以此对瓦斯抽采系统进行改造。结果表明:采空区两侧压差点大幅降低,瓦斯扰动减少,流场汇流点发生改变;瓦斯抽采系统改造当月53032巷内平均瓦斯浓度及风排瓦斯涌出量降幅达50%,7个月后降幅达78%。可见本文所得的均压调控措施有效解决了53032巷的瓦斯问题,可为类似条件矿井或区域提供瓦斯问题解决思路。 The 53032 roadway of Sihe Coal Mine is adjacent to the 5303 goaf.At present,the roadway deformation is serious and the gas extraction capacity is insufficient,which has serious gas safety hazards.Based on the principle of pressure equalization,this paper studies the control scheme of ventilation system,so as to transform the gas extraction system.The results show that the pressure difference points on both sides of the goaf are greatly reduced,the gas disturbance is reduced,and the flow field confluence points are changed.The average gas concentration and air ex-haust gas emission in 53032 roadway decreased by 50%in the month of gas drainage system transformation,and decreased by 78%after 7 months.It can be seen that the pressure equalization control measures obtained in this paper validity solve the gas problem of 53032 roadway,which can pro-vide gas problem solving ideas for mines or regions with similar conditions.
