摘要
乡村产业振兴与生态振兴之间是辩证统一的关系,乡村产业振兴与生态振兴可以相互融合、相互促进、协同发展。在推进全面乡村振兴的过程中要处理好产业振兴与生态振兴的关系,既要加强乡村的生态保护,也要推动乡村产业的可以持续发展。通过厘清乡村产业振兴与生态振兴的关系,深入分析两者协同发展存在的问题,通过培育生态资源优势、实现生态产业化,壮大乡村产业、实现产业生态化,构建产业振兴与生态振兴协同发展保障机制助力产业振兴与生态振兴协同发展。
The relationship between rural industrial revitalization and ecological revitalization is dialectical unity.Rural industrial revitalization and ecological revitalization can be integrated,promoted,and developed in synergy with each other.In the process of promoting comprehensive rural revitalization,it is necessary to handle the relationship between industrial revitalization and ecological revitalization,strengthen the ecological protection of rural areas,and promote the sustainable development of rural industries.By clarifying the relationship between rural industrial revitalization and ecological revitalization,and analyzing the problems in their coordinated development in depth,we aim to cultivate ecological resource advantages,achieve ecological industrialization,strengthen rural industries,and achieve industrial ecology.We will also establish a mechanism to ensure the coordinated development of industrial revitalization and ecological revitalization,and assist in the coordinated development of industrial revitalization and ecological revitalization.
