摘要
提出一种新型不对称的双向多电平逆变器,通过10个开关器件以及4个直流电压源在输出端产生17个电平,用较少的开关数量得到较多的电平,有利于提高电压波形质量,降低开关损耗。与其他同类型逆变器相比,在输出相同电平数下,该拓扑开关电压应力更低,更具有优势,降低了逆变器成本。最后用Matlab对系统进行仿真,搭建实验平台进行实验,所得结果验证了所提拓扑及调制策略在理论上的正确性。
In this paper,a new type of asymmetric bidirectional multilevel inverter is proposed.Seventeen levels are generated at the output end through ten switching devices and four DC voltage sources.More levels are obtained with fewer switches,which is beneficial to improve the quality of voltage waveform and reduce switching losses.Compared with other inverters of the same type,the switching voltage stress of this topology is lower under the same output level,which has more advantages and reduces the cost of the inverter.Finally,the system is simulated by Matlab,and the experimental platform is built.The results show that the topology and its modulation strategy are correct and feasible.
