摘要
为保证质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cells,PEMFC)在不同负载电流下处于最大净功率状态,基于PEMFC动态方程,采用MATLAB-Simulink软件搭建PEMFC数值仿真模型,进行模型有效性验证,并结合最小二乘法建立最大净功率下不同负载电流与理想过氧比的关系;采用阶跃信号、正弦信号2种形式的负载电流进行验证。仿真结果表明:PEMFC压缩机流量与过氧比关系密切,压缩机流量稳定,过氧比稳定;不同负载电流下,最大净功率不同,理想过氧比也不同,负载电流增大,理想过氧比减小;采用理想过氧比跟踪控制策略,可实现不同负载电流下的理想过氧比控制,使PEMFC处于最大净功率状态。
To ensure that proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC)operate at maximum net power under different load currents,a numerical simulation model of PEMFC is built using MATLAB-Simulink software based on PEMFC dynamic equations.The model′s validity is verified,and the relationship between different load currents and the ideal oxygen excess ratio at maximum net power is established using the least squares method.The model is validated using step signal and sinusoidal signal forms of load current.The simulation results show that PEMFC compressor flow is closely related to the oxygen excess ratio,the oxygen excess ratio is stable with stable compressor flow.The maximum net power and ideal oxygen excess ratio vary with different load currents,as the load current increases,the ideal oxygen excess ratio decreases.The control strategy based on ideal oxygen excess ratio tracking can achieve ideal oxygen excess ratio control under different load currents,which ensures that the PEMFC operates at maximum net power.
