摘要
目的:基于网络药理学方法全面研究藿香正气水药效学的有效成分、作用靶点及作用机制,并根据“物质可测性”预测藿香正气水质量标志物(Q-Marker)。方法:通过TCMSP平台检索藿香正气水中10味中药的有效成分及其作用靶点,利用Cytoscape绘制“药物-成分-靶点”网络,利用软件分析功能得到主要药效成分。基于物质可测性对市售藿香正气水进行HPLC检测,确定可作为质量标志物(Q-Marker)的主要药效成分。结果:通过绘制“药物-成分-靶点”,确定藿香正气水中活性成分节点163个,并根据物质可测性对市售23批次藿香正气水进行成分测定,确定甘草浸膏中甘草苷,陈皮中橙皮苷、芸香柚皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素,苍术中汉黄芩素,白芷中欧前胡素、异欧前胡素,厚朴中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚可作为藿香正气水的质量标志物。结论:基于网络药理学对藿香正气水药物活性成分及作用靶点进行全面分析,并以中药质量标志物(Q-Marker)概念为指导,以“物质可测性”为判断标准,推测藿香正气水中质量标志物(Q-Marker),为藿香正气水质量提高及质量评价提供新的思路。
Objective:To comprehensively study the effective components,action targets and action mechanisms of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid based on network pharmacology,and predict the Q-Marker of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid according to the“material measurability”.Methods:The effective components and their action targets of 10 Chinese herbal medicines in Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid were searched through TCMSP platform,the“drug component target”network was drawn by using Cytoscape,and the main effective components were obtained by using the software analysis function.Based on the material measurability,the main effective ingredients that can be used as Q-Markers were determined by HPLC for the marketed Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid.Results:163 active ingredients were screened out through network pharmacology system,and the components of 23 batches of the marketed Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid were determined according to the material measurability to determine the Liquiritin,Hesperidin,Narirutin,nobiletin,Tangeretin,Wogonin,Ammidin,Isoimperatorin,Magnolol,Honokiol can be used as Q-Marker of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid.Conclusion:Q-marker of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid are analyzed by network pharmacology,which provides reference for quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid,and for further study on the mechanism of Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid.
