摘要
试验旨在研究国内5株厚垣孢普可尼亚菌(P. chlammydosporia)的生长速度,筛选最适生长固体培养基并记录其在4种固体培养基上的菌落形态特征。将5株菌分别接种于马铃薯蔗糖培养基(PDA),测量菌落直径比较5株菌的生长速率;将5株菌分别接种于沙氏培养基(SM)、PDA培养基、玉米粉琼脂培养基(CMA)、营养琼脂培养基(NA)上,比较各组生长菌落直径,并观察每株菌在不同培养基上生长出的菌落的性状。结果显示,5株厚垣孢普可尼亚菌在PDA上的生长速度依次为:Pc 30601>Pc 30612>Pc 30611>Pc 30603>Pc 81921,在4种培养基上的生长速度依次为SM>PDA>CMA>NA,菌落正面一般呈现白色、乳白色、淡黄色、深黄色,背面不同程度的黄色。研究表明,5株厚垣孢普可尼亚菌中以Pc 30601生长速度最大,4种培养基中厚垣孢普可尼亚菌最适培养基为SM培养基。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the growth rate of five Pochonia chlamydosporia strains in China,screen the most suitable solid media for growth and record the colony morphology characteristics on four solid media.Five strains of bacteria were inoculated in potato sucrose medium(PDA),and the colony diameter was measured to compare the growth rate of the five strains.Five strains of bacteria were inoculated on Sha's medium(SM),PDA medium,corn flour agar medium(CMA)and nutrient agar medium(NA),respectively.The colony diameters of each group were compared,and the characters of colony grown by each strain on different media were observed.The results showed that the growth rate of the five strains on PDA was Pc 30601>Pc 30612>Pc 30611>Pc 30603>Pc 81921,and the growth rate on the four media was SM>PDA>CMA>NA.The colony appeared white,milky white,light yellow and deep yellow on the front and yellow on the back.The study indicated that Pc 30601 had the highest growth rate among the five strains,and SM medium was the most suitable medium for Pc 30601 among the four media.
