摘要
以3-苯基丙烯酸甲酯、2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-羟基哌啶为原料,在溶剂和催化剂的作用下合成了3-苯基丙烯酸(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)酯。考察了反应时间、溶剂类型及用量、催化剂种类及用量、原料配比等对产品收率的影响。结果表明,优化工艺条件为:以钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,石油醚为溶剂,n(3-苯基丙烯酸甲酯)∶n(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-羟基哌啶)∶n(石油醚)∶n(钛酸四丁酯)为1∶1.15∶2.47∶0.05,反应温度为120~125℃,反应时间8 h,此条件下产品收率达96.09%。
3-phenylacrylic acid(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine)ester was synthesized using 3-phenylacrylic acid methyl ester and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine as raw materials under the action of solvents and catalysts.We studied how the product yield was affected by such factors as reaction time,solvent and catalyst type and amount,as well as raw material ratio.The results showed that under the optimized reaction conditions,tetrabutyl titanate was used as a catalyst,petroleum ether was used as a solvent,n(methyl 3-phenylacrylate):n(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol):n(petroleum ether):n(tetrabutyl titanate)=1:1.15:2.47:0.05,reaction temperature was 120-125 C and reaction time was 8 hrs.,and the yield rate of product reached 96.09%.
