摘要
目的 本研究旨在探究六西格玛管理方法在放射科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)教学质量管理中的应用,以期达到提升住院医师临床水平、提高其专业理论知识和实际应用能力、提升指导医师对住院医师工作满意度的目的。方法 选取2020年8月—2021年7月在武汉大学人民医院(简称该院)放射科的住院医师20名作为对照组,收集年度考核成绩,包括理论考试及阅片技能考试成绩,对指导医师和住院医师进行问卷调查,通过六西格玛管理模式对影响教学质量的原因进行调查、分析、总结,并制定改进措施。选取2021年8月—2022年7月在该院放射科的20名住院医师为观察组,采用六西格玛管理,以相同的方式收集数据,分析两组住院医师的理论和阅片技能考试成绩,以及指导医师对住院医师的工作满意度。结果 在放射科住院医师临床教学中应用六西格玛方法后,住院医师在理论和阅片技巧考核中的表现和指导医师对住院医师的满意度都显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 六西格玛管理方法在放射科住培教学质量管理中的意义重大,提升放射科住培教育质量和教育水平,住院医师的学习效果大幅提高。作为一种新的教育模式,六西格玛管理方法具有巨大的推广和运用价值,这为教学医院的临床教学工作开展提供了新策略。
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the application of Six Sigma management method in the teaching quality management of standardized radiology residency training,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the clinical teaching level of the residents,improving their professional theoretical knowledge and practical application ability,and increasing the satisfaction of instructors with the work of residents.Methods Twenty residents in the Radiology Department of this hospital from August 2020to July 2021 were selected as the control group.This study collected their annual assessment scores,including theoretical examination and film-reading skills examination scores.Questionnaires were surveyed on instructors and residents.The reasons affecting the quality of teaching were investigated,analysed and summarized through the DMAIC model,and improvement measures were formulated accordingly.In the observation group,another 20 residents were selected from August 2021 to July 2022.Six Sigma management was adopted,and data were collected in the same way to analyse the theoretical and film-reading skills scores of the residents in both groups and the job satisfaction of the instructors to the residents.Results After applying Six Sigma management to the clinical teaching of radiology residents,the results of the theoretical and film-reading skills examinations of the residents and instructors' satisfaction with the residents were significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusions The Six Sigma management method is significant in the teaching quality management of standardized radiology residency training,which greatly improves the quality and education level of standardized radiology residency education,and leads to a significant improvement in the learning effect of the residents.As a new educational model,the Six Sigma management method has great promotion and application value,which provides a new strategy for the development of clinical teaching work in teaching hospitals.
