摘要
为了实现管片翻转工序机械化,提高管片完好率、减低工人劳动强度和安全风险,研制出了YF-G盾构管片液压翻转机。为了实现翻转机的工作性能满足工况的需要,在分析同类液压机械的基础上,对翻转机运行全过程进行受力分析,取最大载荷作为设计载荷,对组成翻转机的主要元件进行参数计算、选型、校核。为了实现两个工作油缸同步工作,采用机械强制两油缸自同步结构,利用机械强制油缸自同步原理,确保两个工作油缸自同步运行。为了克服油缸爬行、振动、反向载荷时失速的不良问题,利用两个单向节流阀作为背压阀,安装在油缸进回双向油路上,通过调节单向节流阀口控制转斗翻转速度,利用双向背压节流调速原理,使转斗翻转平稳,保护环片不被破坏。YF-G盾构管片液压翻转机的成功研制,实现了管片翻转的机械化,降低了作业工人的劳动强度和受伤的安全风险。通过实际工程应用表明:(1)无论运行多少个工作循环,翻转机的两个工作油缸都不会出现不同步的现象;(2)翻转机运行平稳,无爬行、振动、失速不良现象;(3)机械强制油缸自同步和双向背压节流调速技术原理是可行的。
In order to achieve mechanization of the segment turnover process,improve the integrity rate of segments,reduce labor intensity and safety risks for workers,the YF-G shield tunnel segment hydraulic turnover machine is developed.In order to meet the needs of working conditions,based on the analysis of similar hydraulic machinery,the force analysis of the entire operation process of the turnover machine is carried out.The maximum load is taken as the design load,and the parameter calculation,selection and verification of the main components of the turnover machine are carried out.In order to achieve synchronous operation of two working cylinders,a mechanically forced two-cylinder self-synchronization structure is adopted.In order to overcome the adverse problems of oil cylinder crawling,vibration and stall during reverse loading,two one-way throttle valves are used as back pressure valves,installed on the two-way oil circuit of the oil cylinder.The flipping speed of the rotary bucket is controlled by adjusting the one-way throttle valve port.The principle of bidirectional back pressure throttle speed regulation is used to make the rotary bucket flip smoothly and protect the ring from damage.The successful development of the YF-G shield tunnel segment hydraulic turnover machine has achieved mechanization of segment turnover,reducing the labor intensity and safety risks of injuries for workers.Through practical engineering applications,it has been shown that:1)no matter how many working cycles are run,there will be no asynchronous phenomenon between the two working cylinders of the flipper;2)The flipper runs smoothly without any crawling,vibration or stalling defects;3)The principle of the mechanically forced oil cylinder self-synchronization and bidirectional back pressure throttling speed regulation technology is feasible.
