波形钢腹板双面组合作用梁力学性能研究

摘要 为进一步探索双组合作用原理的应用范畴,首先采用有限元方法对单跨双面组合作用梁试验进行了仿真模拟,进一步揭示了其受力破坏机理,然后提出将双面组合作用梁与波形钢腹板相结合的波形钢腹板双面组合作用梁,最后采用有限元模拟和理论计算的方式对波形钢腹板双面组合作用梁进行变参数对比分析。结果表明:波形钢腹板双面组合作用梁在抗弯承载力、刚度和塑性转动性能方面明显优于普通波形钢腹板组合梁;提出的刚度衰减曲线可有效反映结构刚度随加载进程的衰减变化情况;在试验中,利用结构刚度半衰期法可快速判定结构的屈服点;H型波形钢腹板组合梁的各项力学指标均较差,不适宜工程应用;波形钢腹板组合梁的鲁棒性相对较好,而平腹板组合梁的鲁棒性较差。 To further explore the application scope of the double composite action principle,the simulation of a single-span double-sided composite beam test was performed using the finite element method.This simulation revealed the failure mechanism under load and provided insights.Subsequently,the concept of combining the double-sided composite beam with a corrugated steel web,known as the corrugated steel web double-sided composite beam,was proposed.Finally,a comparative analysis of the corrugated steel web double-sided composite beam was conducted using finite element simulation and theoretical calculations with variable parameters.The results indicate that the corrugated steel web double-sided composite beam exhibits significant improvements in flexural capacity,stiffness,and plastic rotational behavior compared to a conventional corrugated steel web composite beam.The proposed stiffness degradation curve effectively reflects the decay of structural stiffness during the loading process.The structural yield point can be quickly determined using the structural stiffness half-life method in the experiment.The mechanical performance of the H-shaped corrugated steel web composite beam is generally poor,making it unsuitable for engineering applications.The corrugated steel web composite beam demonstrates relatively good robustness,while the flat web composite beam exhibits poor robustness.
