摘要
目的:探讨无痛分娩联合人文护理对无痛分娩产妇母婴结局及产后尿潴留的影响。方法:选择100例无痛分娩产妇为研究对象,受试者纳入时间为2021年6月至2023年6月,分组方式以不同干预方案为依据,各50例,对照组产妇进行常规无痛分娩护理,研究组产妇则联合开展人文护理,对比两组产妇分娩恐惧程度评分与产程时间、母婴不良结局发生率、产妇膀胱功能恢复、排尿及尿潴留发生情况。结果:入院时两组产妇CAQ各维度评分及总分相比无差异性(P>0.05),产后24h研究组产妇CAQ各维度评分及总分均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组患者产程时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);研究组母婴各类不良结局发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组产妇膀胱功能恢复率及自主排尿率较对照组高,诱导排尿率与尿潴留发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:对无痛分娩产妇开展无痛分娩联合人文护理可有效缓解产妇分娩恐惧感及生理应激,缩短产程时间,降低母婴不良结局及产后尿潴留发生率。
Objective:To investigate the effects of painless delivery combined with humanistic nursing on maternal and infant outcomes and postpartum urinary retention.Methods:100 women with painless delivery were selected as the study subjects,and the subjects were included from June 2021 to June 2023.The grouping method was based on different intervention schemes,with 50 cases each,The women in the control group received routine painless labor nursing,and the women in the study group jointly carried out humanistic nursing.The score of fear of childbirth and labor time,incidence of adverse outcomes,recovery of bladder function,urination and urinary retention were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no difference in CAQ score and total score between the two groups at admission(P>0.05),The score and total score of CAQ in the postpartum 24h study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of recovery of bladder function and spontaneous urination in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of induced urination and urinary retention were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of painless labor combined with humanistic nursing can effectively relieve the fear and physiological stress of childbirth,shorten the labor time,and reduce the incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes and postpartum urinary retention,which has high promotion value.
