应用Fluent软件对高速催泪弹射流仿真研究

摘要 当在公共场所一线执法或者执勤人员周边6~10 m内发生暴力袭击时,亟需一种可以直接作用在单体目标又不会产生过度伤害的“非致命性”武器弹药高速催泪弹。为达到刺激性液体喷射6~10 m的距离,通过Fluent软件对高速催泪弹喷嘴喷射刺激性液体射流的外弹道特征进行数值模拟仿真研究,制备高速催泪弹进行喷射性能试验。试验结果表明高速催泪弹喷射距离达到使用要求,与数值模拟仿真结果一致。高速催泪弹仿真研究与试验达到了近距离拒止、抓捕、制伏暴乱分子的目的,也为该类型的非致命液体射流定向能弹药的研发提供依据。 When violent attacks occur within 6 to 10 meters of frontline law enforcement or on-duty personnel in public places,there is an urgent need for non-lethal ammunition that can target an individual without causing excessive harm.Consequently,a high-speed tear gas grenade was designed.In order to achieve the distance of 6 m to 10 m for the jetting of the stimulating liquid,the nozzle was taken as the research object,and the Fluent software was used to numerically simulate the jetting of the stimulating liquid by the high-speed tear gas grenade.The external ballistic characteristics of the high-speed tear gas grenade jet were simulated,and the high-speed tear gas grenade prototype was prepared for the jetting performance test.The results confirmed that the discharge distance of the grenade met operational requirements and aligned with the simulations.This simulation study and subsequent tests verified the grenade’s effectiveness in halting,arresting,and subduing rioters at close range,providing a foundation for future development of non-lethal liquid jet ammunition with directed energy.
