摘要
为了提高保险杠仓储空间的利用率,方便在保险杠生产线实现上料、喷涂、流平、运送、仓储一体化的工艺流程,设计了一种保险杠生产线用可伸展滑撬,以实现不同工位对滑撬上保险杠摆放间距的需求。首先,以某型号保险杠为对象,开展可伸展滑撬的机械系统设计;然后,利用牛顿-欧拉法建立滑撬伸展机构的数学模型,研究其运动特性和力学性能;最后,基于ADAMS建立其虚拟样机模型,对理论分析和设计成果进行验证。结果表明,可伸展滑撬设计合理,通过在不同工位的输送链上敷设轨道,可以自动调节滑撬上保险杠的摆放间距,有效提高输送稳定性和仓储空间利用率。
In order to improve the utilization rate of bumper storage space and facilitate the integration process of loading,spraying,leveling,transportation and storage on the bumper painting lines,this paper designed an extensible skid for the bumper painting lines.This skid can meet the requirements of different work stations for the spacing adjustment of the bumpers on the skid.Firstly,taking a certain type of bumper as the object,the design of the extensible skid was carried out.Then,the mathematical model of skid extension mechanism is established by using Newton-Euler method,and its motion characteristics and mechanical property are studied.Finally,the theoretical analysis and design results are verified by establishing the virtual prototype and experiment based on ADAMS.The results show that the design of extensible skid is reasonable and workable,and the bumpers on the skid can be conveniently adjusted by laying rails on the conveyor chains at different stations automatically.In addition,the conveying stability and storage space utilization rate can be effectively improved.
