摘要
痛风性肾病是由高尿酸血症导致嘌呤代谢紊乱所引起的慢性病。中医治疗痛风性肾病有其独特的优势。该文基于痛风性肾病的发病机理,结合中医辨证分型、经验组方、单药治疗、中医外治等,对该病临床研究进展进行了综述,以期为临床治疗痛风性肾病提供参考。
Gouty nephropathy is a chronic disease caused by hyperuricemia leading to purine metabolism disorder.Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of gouty nephropathy has its unique advantages.Based on the pathogenesis of gouty nephropathy,combined with TCM syndrome differentiation,empirical formulae,monotherapy,Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment,this article reviewed the clinical research progress of gouty nephropathy,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of gouty nephropathy.
