基于GD32的舰载转速转向测量装置的设计

摘要 针对舰船上大型旋转设备的转速转向测量的需求,结合设备特性,设计了一款实时、高精度和高准确度的舰载转速转向测量装置。引入定时器级联及齿权重参数,对基于测周法测量的舰载旋转设备的转速进行误差修正,并通过两路具有相位差的同频率脉冲进行旋转设备的转向判别。从装置的系统构架、测周法原理、定时器级联设计、齿轮加工误差修正、转向判断等方面进行了详细论证。实验证明该装置保证了每个测量周期内定时器不溢出、不漏齿,极大地改善了转速转向测量的精度、实时性和准确度,对比同类型产品具有较大优势,为大型舰船的转速转向监测以及旋转机械的可靠运行提供重要保证。该设计为转速转向的测量提供了一种新方法。 A real-time,high-precision,and high-precision shipborne speed steering measurement device has been designed to meet the demand for measuring the speed steering of large rotating equipment on ships,taking into account the characteristics of the equipment.Introduce timer cascade and tooth weight parameters to correct the error of the rotational speed of shipborne rotating equipment measured based on the cycle measurement method,and identify the rotation direction of the rotating equipment through two pulses of the same frequency with phase difference.A detailed demonstration was conducted from the system architecture of the device,the principle of cycle measurement method,timer cascade design,gear machining error correction,steering judgment,and other aspects.The experiment proves that this device ensures that the timer does not overflow or leak teeth during each measurement cycle,greatly improving the accuracy,real-time performance,and accuracy of speed steering measurement.Compared with similar products,it has significant advantages,providing important guarantees for speed steering monitoring of large ships and the reliable operation of rotating machinery.This design provides a new method for measuring rotational speed and steering.
