摘要
偏头痛是常见的原发性头痛,是世界范围内第二大失能原因,尤其是顽固性和难治性偏头痛。现今治疗偏头痛的方法多种多样,本文总结了顽固性和难治性偏头痛的预防和治疗进展,以促进临床医生对此类偏头痛的深入了解。
Migraine is a common primary headache,which is the second leading cause of disability worldwide,especially resistant and refractory migraine.Treatments for migraine are diverse.This article summarizes the progress in the prevention and treatment of resistant and refractory migraine,aiming to promote clinicians’understanding of such types of migraine.
