摘要
采用微波消解技术对来源于海南省琼海市潭门镇、嘉积镇、中原镇的菠萝进行消解,再利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定菠萝果皮及果肉中Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe等微量元素含量。结果表明,嘉积镇的菠萝Mn含量较高,3个乡镇菠萝中Fe、Zn、Cu的含量相差不大;菠萝果皮中微量元素含量均高于果肉,有较大利用价值。
The pineapples from Tanmen town,Jiaji town and Zhongyuan town of Qionghai city,Hainan province were digested by microwave digestion technology.The trace elements of Cu,Zn,Mn and Fe in the skin and flesh of pineapples from these three areas were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results showed that the content of Mn in pineapples from Jiaji town was higher,and the content of Fe,Zn and Cu in pineapples from three producing areas was not much different.The content of trace elements in pineapple skin was higher than that in flesh,which had great utilization value.
