安徽省淮河干流航道临淮岗闸上段最低通航水位变化分析

Analysis of the Variation of the Lowest Navigable Water Level in the Upper Section of Linhuaigang Sluiceon the Main Channel of the Huai River in Anhui Province

摘要 最低通航水位是航道设计、施工、管理的关键技术参数之一,合理确定最低通航水位是保障航道安全运行、优化航道建设投资决策的重要因素。自2007年临淮岗洪水控制工程投入运行以来,临淮岗闸上河段的水文情势发生了明显的变化,原最低通航水位与河道现状水位相差较大,已不适应航道整治及运行维护的要求。通过对临淮岗枢纽运行前后河道实测水文资料进行对比分析,结果表明:采用临淮岗枢纽运行后(2007-2022年)和临淮岗枢纽试验性蓄水后(2012-2022年)水位系列计算的最低通航水位分别为19.43m和19.65m,较枢纽运行前天然河道状况下确定的最低通航水位17.60m分别高1.83m和2.05m。结合未来河道水位的变化趋势,临淮岗闸上段航道的设计最低通航水位选取19.65m较为合适。 Low navigable water level is one of the key technical parameters of channel design,construction and management.Reasonable determination of the minimum navigable water level is an important factor to ensure the safe operation of the channel and optimize the investment decision of channel construction.Since the Linhuaigang flood control project was put into operation in 2007,the hydrological situation of the upper reach of the Linhuaigang sluice has changed significantly.The original lowest navigable water level is quite different from the current water level of the river channel,which has not adapted to the requirements of channel regulation and operation and maintenance.By comparing and analyzing the measured hydrological data of the river before and after the operation of the Linhuaigang hydro-junction,the results show that the lowest navigable water level calculated by the water level series after the operation of the Linhuaigang hydro-junction(2007-2022)and the experimental water storage of the Linhuaigang hydro-junction(2012-2022)is 19.43m and 19.65m respectively,which is 1.83m and 2.05m higher than the lowest navigable water level 17.60m determined under the natural river condition before the operation of the hydro-junction.Combined with the change trend of river water level in the future,it is more appropriate to select 19.65m as the design minimum navigable water level.
