128m钢桁梁跨越既有铁路转体施工关键技术及应用

摘要 随着长三角地区铁路路网不断完善,铁路立体交叉问题日益凸显。跨线桥梁施工会对既有铁路运输产生较大干扰,存在较高的安全风险。松江特大桥春申桥段128m钢桁梁是该特大桥施工中的关键节点,为保证既有铁路运输安全,减少对运输生产的影响,采用钢桁梁转体施工技术。本文以松江特大桥春申桥段128m钢桁梁为实例,介绍了跨既有铁路转体施工关键技术,重点阐述了施工临时结构设置及转体施工方法,为类似桥梁工程设计施工提供借鉴。 With the rapid development of railway infrastructure in Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone,the density of the railway network is significantly increased,which leads to the increasingly prominent problem of railway grade separation.The construction of a bridge over existing railway may cause greater interference to the transportation of the existing railway and higher safety risk.The 128m steel truss girder of Chunshen section of Songjiang super major bridge is a key step in the construction of the bridge.The steel truss girder swivel construction technology is adopted,in order to ensure the safety and reduce the influence of the existing railways transportation.This pape takes the 128m steel truss girder of Chunshen section of Songjiang super major bridge as an example,introduces the key techniques of the swivel construction across the existing railway,it mainly expounds the method of temporary structure installation and swivel construction,it provides reference for similar steel truss girder.
