摘要
近年来,城市人口急剧增加,大量人口的涌入使得城市水资源总量不断减少,地表水系下降且干渠补充水源短缺,较多的水渠、河道成为城市污水处理的聚集场、废弃垃圾的丢弃场,由此造成了渠道、河道中水体的严重变质,水体发黑、发臭现象对周围人们的生产生活造成重大影响。若不能进行及时有效的整治处理,其不仅会影响人们生活中的正常用水,更会对周边环境造成较大影响,阻碍城市生态文明建设。本文结合扬州仪征市红叶排水沟黑臭水体整治工程,详细分析了黑臭水体的成因,并简述了一些黑臭河渠的治理措施及整治存在的难点,并从工程治理、管理和制度建设等角度提出了相关建议,为城市水体黑臭治理提供参考。
In recent years,the rapid increase in urban population has led to a continuous decrease in the total amount of urban water resources due to the influx of a large number of people.The surface water system has declined and the main canals have a shortage of water sources.More canals and rivers have become gathering places for urban sewage treatment and dumping sites for waste and garbage,resulting in serious deterioration of water bodies in canals and rivers,blackening and stinking of water bodies,which have a significant impact on the production and life of people around them.If it cannot be effectively rectified in a timely manner,it will not only affect the normal use of water in people's lives,but also have a significant impact on the surrounding environment and hinder the construction of urban ecological civilization.This article combines the black and odorous water body remediation project of Hongye drainage ditch in Yizheng City,Yangzhou,to analyze in detail the causes of black and odorous water bodies,and briefly describes some measures for the treatment of black and odorous river canals and the difficulties in remediation.It also proposes relevant suggestions from the perspectives of engineering governance,management,and institutional construction,providing a reference for the treatment of black and odorous urban water bodies.
