摘要
线棒材新一代的生产线,要到达降成本、提品质,控轧控冷技术及其装备的应用研究是关键。论文介绍了线棒材控轧控冷的机理和要点,以及对轧机设计的要求。对新型模块轧机结构特点进行了分析,并给出了模块轧机选型参数和典型的控轧控冷工艺布置。采用模块轧机的控轧控冷工艺用于螺纹钢的实际生产,结果表明,所生产的产品晶粒度等级更高,品质更优,并在满足产品标准的情况下,可以实现不添加Nb、V等微合金,和Mn合金含量的降低。
Wire rod and bar new generation of production line,to reach the cost reduction and quality improvement,controlled rolling and cooling technology and its equipment application research is the key.The paper introduces the mechanism and key points of controlled rolling and cooling of wire rod,as well as the requirements for mill design.The structural characteristics of the new modular mill were analyzed,and the modular mill selection parameters and typical control rolling and cooling process layout were given.The controlled rolling and cooling process using modular mills for the actual production of rebar,The results show that the produced products have higher grain size grade and better quality,and can meet the requirements of product standards,without adding micro-alloys such as Nb and V,and the content of Mn alloys are reduced.
