高炉中心喉管卡阻工艺调整分析

Process Adjustment of Jamming on Central Throat of Blast Furnace

摘要 在不紧急休风的前提下,研究高炉中心喉管卡异物时能按规定时间完成布料,同时避免异常炉况的出现。采用时间对比法,跟踪实际布料时间与理论时间偏差,同时上部布料矩阵也配合尝试调整,通过不断修正,实现了实际布料时间与理论布料时间基本相同,最终找出最适合的布料圈数和布料时间。当每档矿石布料增加一圈,理论布料时间由75s提高到97.5s,消除了布料延时的现象。避免了气流的大幅波动、燃料消耗的增加以及紧急休风的出现,为以后类似情况出现积累了成功经验。 Under the premise of not stopping the wind urgently,it is studied that the distribution can be completed within the specified time when the foreign body is stuck in the central throat of blast furnace,and at the same time,the abnormal furnace conditions can be avoided.The time comparison method was used to track the deviation between the actual cloth time and the theoretical time,and the upper cloth matrix was also adjusted.Through continuous revision,the actual cloth time was basically the same as the theoretical cloth time,and finally the most suitable cloth circle number and cloth time were found out.When one circle of ore distribution was added in each stage,the theoretical distribution time was increased from 75s to 97.5s,which eliminated the phenomenon of distribution delay.The large fluctuation of airflow,the increase of fuel consumption and the emergence of emergency damping down have been avoided,which has accumulated successful experience for similar situations in the future.
