中文摘要:目的:探讨人性化护理结合健康管理,对肺结核治疗患者服药依从性、心理状态及护理满意度的影响.方法:选取本院2022年1月至2023年6月收治的128例肺结核患者作为研究对象.根据临床诊治期间护理实施方案,将其分为观察组(n=66,采用人性化护理结合健康管理干预)和对照组(n=62,采用常规护理干预).比较两组患者服药治疗依从性、心理状态及护理满意度.结果:干预后,观察组服药依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采取人性化护理结合健康管理,可改善肺结核患者的心态,提高治疗依从性,更容易得到患者的接受及认可.
Objective:To explore the impact of humanized nursing combined with health management on medication adherence,psychological status,and the satisfaction on nursing of patients undergoing pulmonary tuberculosis treatment.Methods:A total of 128 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research objects.And they were divided into observation group(n=66,received humanized nursing combined with health management intervention)and control group(n=62,received routine nursing),according to nursing implementation plans during clinical diagnosis and treatment.The compliance,mental state and the satisfaction on nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The medication compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of humanized nursing and health management can better improve the mentality and treatment compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and patients are more likely to accept and recognize it.
