全脑SIB-IMRT治疗EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤的疗效观察及护理体会

摘要 目的探讨EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤的治疗及护理方法。方法将46例EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤患者随机分为两组,各23例。两组均行全脑SIB-IMRT,观察组联合贝伐珠单抗;两组均采用循证护理干预。比较两组临床效果。结果观察组临床疗效、瘤周水肿体积、健康指数及生活满意度得分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用全脑SIB-IMRT联合贝伐珠单抗治疗EGFR野生型或耐药型肺腺癌脑转移瘤疗效肯定,安全性好。 Objective To explore the treatment and nursing of brain metastases of EGFR wild-type or drug-resistant lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 46 cases of brain metastases of EGFR wild-type or drug-resistant lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,with 23 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the whole brain SIB-IMRT,while the observation group was treated with bevacizumab in addition.Both groups received evidence-based nursing intervention.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effect,peritumoral edema volume,health index and life satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole brain SIB-IMRT used with bevacizumab is effective and safe in treating brain metastases of EGFR wild-type or drug-resistant lung adenocarcinoma.
