摘要 在卫星物联网中,一颗卫星的覆盖范围通常在数千公里量级,需服务的终端数量巨大。因此,卫星物联网终端需要采用低功耗的设计理念,这样不仅能够延长整体待机时间,而且可以减小整体设备的尺寸与质量。语义通信技术能够极大地减少传输的数据量,从而降低终端的功耗,但由于卫星物联网终端算力较弱,难以独自完成语义的提取。基于此,考虑引入边缘计算技术,提出了基于语义通信的卫星物联网边缘计算架构,并分析了该架构的特点和典型应用场景,最后介绍了基于语义通信的卫星物联网未来面临的挑战。 In the satellite IoT(Internet of Things),the coverage range of a satellite is usually on the order of thousands of kilometers,and the number of terminals to be served is huge.Therefore,satellite IoT terminals need to adopt a low-power design concept,which not only extends the overall standby time,but also reduces the size and mass of the overall equipment.Semantic communication technology can greatly reduce the amount of data transmitted,thereby reducing the power consumption of terminals,but due to the weak computing power of satellite IoT terminals,it is difficult to extract semantics independently.Based on this,considering the introduction of edge computing technology,this paper proposes a satellite IoT edge computing architecture based on semantic communication,and analyzes the characteristics and typical application scenarios of this architecture.Finally,it describes the future challenges of satellite IoT based on semantic communication.
