摘要
目的探讨护理本科生个人成长主动性与悦纳进取间的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、悦纳进取量表、个人成长主动性问卷对护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生个人成长主动性与悦纳进取呈正相关关系,护理本科生个人成长主动性对悦纳进取有正向预测作用。结论护理本科生个人成长主动性及悦纳进取均处于中等偏上水平,个人成长主动性的增强有利于促进护理本科生悦纳进取水平的提高。
Objective To explore the correlation between nursing undergraduates′personal growth initiative and acceptance and progressiveness.Methods A General Information Questionnaire,Acceptance and Progressiveness Scale,and Personal Growth Initi-ative Questionnaire were used to investigate nursing undergraduates.Results There is a positive correlation between nursing undergraduates′personal growth initiative and acceptance and progressiveness,and has a positive predictive effect on it.Conclusion Both nursing undergraduates′personal growth initiative and acceptance and progressiveness are at a medium to higher level,and the enhancement of personal growth initiative is conducive to promoting the improvement of nursing undergraduates′personal growth initiative and acceptance and progressiveness.
