摘要
目的分析临床医学硕士研究生就业现状并提出建议。方法选取2018一2022年全日制临床医学硕士毕业生为研究对象进行调查。结果临床医学硕士毕业生总体就业状况较好;专业型硕士和省优秀毕业生更容易就业;省内和东部地区更吸引研究生就业;专业型硕士进入三级医院的机会更多,学术型硕士继续深造的可能性更高。结论高层次应用型和研究型硕士研究生培养体系已成型,专业型和学术型硕士研究生就业去向符合培养预期。医科大学应按学位类型推进产教融合和科教融合,提供有针对性的就业规划和指导。
Objective To analyze clinical medicine master postgraduates′current employment and provide suggestions.Methods A survey was conducted on full-time clinical medicine master postgraduates from 2018 to 2022.Results The clinical medicine master postgraduates′overall employment is good.Professional master′s degree holders and provincial outstanding graduates are more likely to find employment.More attractive employment opportunities for postgraduates in the province and eastern China.Professional masters have more opportunities to enter Grade-A hospitals,while academic masters have a higher likelihood of continuing their studies.Conclusion The training system for high-level applied and research-oriented postgraduates has been established,and the employment prospects for professional and academic postgraduates meet the training expectations.Medical universities should promote the integration of industry and education,as well as science and education,and provide targeted employment planning and guidance according to the type of degree.
