摘要
杂草防除是草本化杂交桑大规模种植的关键技术。本试验在草本化杂交桑春季发芽前施药,比较了7种选择性除草剂对阔叶杂草的防除效果,以及对桑树生长的安全性。结果表明:240 g/L乙氧氟草醚乳油700倍液、51%丙炔氟草胺水分散粒剂4000倍液对阔叶杂草的鲜草质量防效达到100%和99.75%,但桑树发芽推迟,生长前期新梢短,叶片扭曲、黄化,对后期枝条长度、枝叶产量都有一定影响,在草本化杂交桑园中不建议使用乙氧氟草醚和丙炔氟草胺;10%苯唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂2000倍液、30%草除灵悬浮剂600倍液对阔叶杂草的鲜草质量防效分别为94.35%和84.06%,桑树未见明显药害症状,杂交桑的枝条长度和枝叶产量与空白对照差异不显著;其余3种除草剂对阔叶杂草的防效不理想。因此,苯唑草酮、草除灵是适宜用于草本化杂交桑园防除阔叶杂草的除草剂品种。
Weed control is a key technology for large-scale cultivation of herbaceous hybrid mulberry.This experiment was conducted before the sprouting of herbaceous hybrid mulberry in spring to compare the effects of seven selective herbicides in controlling broadleaf weeds and their safety on the growth of mulberry trees.The results showed that the efficacy of 240 g/L oxyfluorfen EC sprayed at a 700-fold dilution and 51%flumioxazin water dispersible granules applied at a 4000-fold dilution achieved 100%and 99.75%control,respectively,on fresh grass of broadleaf weeds.However,the germination of mulberry trees is delayed,the new shoots are short in the early stage of growth,and the leaves are twisted and yellowed,which have a certain impact on the branch length and branch and leaf yield in the later period.Oxyfluorfen and flumioxazin are not recommended for use in herbal hybrid mulberry fields.The control effect of 10%topramezone dispersible oil suspension applied at a 2000-fold dilution and 30%benazolin suspension applied at a 600-fold dilution on fresh grass of broadleaf weeds was 94.35%and 84.06%,respectively,with no apparent effects observed on mulberry trees.Symptoms of phytotoxicity,branch length and leaf yield of hybrid mulberry were not significantly different from the blank control;the remaining three herbicides were not ideal in controlling broadleaf weeds.Therefore,topramezone and benazolin are suitable herbicide varieties for controlling broadleaf weeds in herbaceous hybrid mulberry fields.
