摘要
论文基于农地流转数量和质量的双重视角,利用2016-2020年中国家庭追踪调查数据与北京大学数字普惠金融指数数据,实证研究数字普惠金融对农地流转市场发育的影响,并系统分析其影响机制。结果表明:在农地流转数量上,数字普惠金融能够提升农地转入与转出概率,在农地流转质量上,数字普惠金融能够推动农地有偿流转,且有利于农地长期流转。进一步分析,采用工具变量条件混合回归(CMP)方法克服数字普惠金融的内生性问题,并结合Heckprobit模型和Eprobit模型纠正样本选择性偏差,经过替换解释变量、控制地区与时间交互固定效应等稳健性检验,该结论依然成立。机制分析表明,数字普惠金融通过促进农业生产投资、非农就业与信息互动推动农地流转市场发育。此外,异质性分析表明,数字普惠金融对农地流转市场发育的促进作用主要集中在地形起伏度小的地区,且对于高人力资本农户与非正式规范较弱的村庄更显著。
Based on the dual perspectives of quantity and quality,this paper empirically investigates the impacts of digital inclusive finance(DIF) on the development of farmland transfer market and estabilishes Probit models to analyze its impact mechanism using the data of China Family Panel Studies from 2016 to 2020 and “Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index of China”.The results show that in terms of the quantity of farmland transfer,DIF has significant promoting impacts on both the inflow and outflow of farmland transfer,and in terms of the quality of farmland transfer,DIF can significantly promote compensation-based farmland transfer and is conducive to the long-term transfer.Further,this paper adopts the instrumental variable CMP estimation method to overcome the endogeneity of DIF,and uses Heckprobit model and Eprobit model to correct the sample selection bias.The results are still robust under various sensitivity tests of replacing the explanatory variables and controlling for region-time fixed effects.Mechanism analysis suggests that DIF promotes the development of farmland transfer market by promoting investment in agricultural production,non-agricultural employment and information interaction.In addition,the heterogeneity analysis shows that the facilitating effects of DIF on the development of farmland transfer market are more significant for farmers with higher human capital and villages with weaker informal social norms,and these effects are concentrated in areas with less topographical.
