摘要
我国农业专业学位研究生教育已进入新发展阶段,培养模式和实践育人平台已取得全方位进步与发展,但当前实践培养中仍需进一步深化改革。通过构建以科技小院为核心的多元主体协同融合平台,以农业硕士创新创业教育为突破口,推动农业硕士串联服务农业全产业链条及相关经营主体,强化导师分类培养能力,提升农业硕士实践创新能力和职业发展能力,构建了政用产学研协同培养、协同发展的实践育人体系,以强化高层次实践创新型专业学位人才培养,推进高等农林教育创新发展,助力乡村人才振兴和加快农业强国建设。
China's agricultural professional degree postgraduate education has entered a new stage of development.The training mode and practical education platform have made all-around progress and de-velopment,but the current practical training still needs to be further deepened.By constructing a multi-subject collaborative integration platform with the science and technology backyard as the core,taking the innovation and entrepreneurship education of agricultural master's degree as the breakthrough point,promoting the agricultural master's degree to serve the whole industrial chain of agriculture and related business entities in series,strengthening the ability of tutors to classify and cultivate,and improving the practical innovation ability and career development ability of agricultural master's degree,the practical education system of collaborative training and coordinated development of government,industry,univer-sity and research is constructed to strengthen the training of high-level practical and innovative profes-sional degree talents,promote the creative development of higher agricultural and forestry education,help the revitalization of rural talents and accelerate the construction of agricultural power.
