再生粗骨料混凝土抗压强度尺寸效应的试验研究

摘要 通过掺量25%、50%、75%、100%的再生粗骨料制备强度等级为C30、C45和C60的立方体抗压强度试验,研究了不同再生粗骨料掺量、不同强度等级的再生混凝土试件尺寸效应(边长分别为100 mm、150 mm和200 mm)。试验表明:因再生粗骨料表面具有砂浆属性,与天然骨料在抗压尺寸效应上略有区别,但规律保持一致,随着强度等级和再生粗骨料掺量的不断增加,再生混凝土抗压强度尺寸效应愈发明显,其中掺量100%的C60再生混凝土抗压强度尺寸效应系数极值最大。 Through the compression test of the cubic specimens with strength grades C30,C45 and C60 which were respectively prepared with recycled coarse aggregate containing 25%,50%,75%and 100%.The size effect of the compressive strength specimens with different content of recycled coarse aggregate,strength grades and side lengths of 100 mm,150 mm and 200 mm was studied.The test shows that:Because recycled coarse aggregate has the surface properties of mortar,the size effect of compressive strength is slightly different from that of natural aggregate,but the law remains the same.With the strength grade and recycled coarse aggregate content increasing,the effect becomes more and more obvious,and the maximum size effect coefficient of compressive strength of 100%C60 recycled concrete is the largest.
