摘要
目的探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合高压氧治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及对患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂联素(APN)、血小板溶酶体膜蛋白(CD62P)水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月栖霞市人民医院收治的90例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用高压氧治疗,观察组采用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合高压氧治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血液流变学指标、Hcy、APN、CD62P水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组血浆黏度、全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组Hcy、CD62P水平均低于治疗前,APN水平高于治疗前,且观察组Hcy、CD62P水平均低于对照组,APN水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合高压氧治疗脑梗死的效果显著,可改善患者血液流变学指标,减轻脑组织损伤。
Objective To explore the effect of troxerutin brain protein hydrolysate combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influence on plasma homocysteine(Hcy),adiponectin(APN)and platelet lysosomal membrane protein(CD62P).Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Qixia People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the two groups according to envelope method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen,and the observation group were treated with troxerutin brain protein hydrolysate combined with hyperbaric oxygen.The clinical efficacy,hemorheology indexes and the levels of Hcy,APN,CD62P were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity high shear and whole blood viscosity low shear of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the levels of Hcy and CD62P of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and APN was higher than before treatment,and the levels of Hcy and CD62P in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and APN was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Troxerutin brain protein hydrolysate combined with hyperbaric oxygen has significant effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction,which can improve hemorheological indexes and reducing brain tissue damage.
