摘要
目的探究中医护理联合八段锦对稳定期老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2021年12月景德镇市中医医院收治的稳定期老年COPD患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理,治疗组在对照组基础上予中医护理联合八段锦。随访3个月,比较两组患者的肺功能、运动耐力及生活质量情况。结果治疗后,两组患者肺功能第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV、用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)水平、6 min步行距离(6MWD)及呼吸症状、活动受限、疾病影响评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组各项水平明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理联合八段锦能够有效提升稳定期老年COPD患者FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平,提升患者的运动耐力,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床运用和推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Baduanjin on pulmonary func-tion and quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 80 patients with stable COPD admitted to Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to December 2021 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing,and the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Baduanjin on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of follow-up,lung function,exercise endurance and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,there were statistical differences in lung function indexes FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC,6MWD,and the scores of respiratory symptoms,activity restriction and disease influence between the two groups(P<0.05).All levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical sig-nificance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Baduanjin can effectively improve the pulmo-nary function FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC level in stable elderly COPD patients,improve patients’exercise endurance,improve patients’qual-ity of life,and is worthy of clinical nursing application and promotion.
