人民立场视域下高职思政教育路径探析——以漳州为例

A Study on the Path of Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational College from the Perspective of People’s Standpoint:A Case Study of Zhangzhou

摘要 对漳州地区高职院校大学生进行“人民立场”观点理解调查,探究人民立场融入高职大学生思想政治教育路径,研究发现:高职大学生对“人民立场”观点基本了解,对思想政治教育工作认同度较高,高职大学生人生观的培育离不开思想政治理论课的引导,同时还存在人民立场融入高职大学生思想政治教育渠道单一等问题。研究认为,高职院校应加强探索人民立场融入高职大学生思想政治教育的实现路径,一要发挥思政课程主渠道作用,讲透“为了人民”的使命感;二要善用环境育人,加深“与人民在一起”的认同感;三要激活实践课堂,领悟“服务人民”的责任感。 This study delves into the comprehension of“people’s standpoint”among higher vocational college students in the Zhangzhou area and investigates the avenues for incorporating this perspective into their ideological and political education.The research indicates that higher vocational college students possess a foundational understanding of“people’s standpoint”and demonstrate a strong appreciation for ideological and political education.It is observed that courses on ideological and political theory play a pivotal role in shaping the worldview of higher vocational college students.However,challenges such as limited diversity in integrating“people’s standpoint”into their ideological and political education exist.The study recommends that higher vocational colleges explore effective strategies for infusing the people’s standpoint into students’ideological and political education.This can be achieved by highlighting the ethos of being“for the people”within key ideological and political courses,fostering a sense of being“with the people”through the campus atmosphere,nurturing a sense of duty towards“serving the people,”and promoting hands-on practical initiatives.
