水利水电工程信息模型通用几何造型系统研发及应用

摘要 水利水电工程信息模型在水工设计中面临异形构件多、机理模型嵌入难、模型跨平台、阶段应用难和程序化开发碎片化等问题。对此,提出了一种与造型软件无关的水利水电工程信息模型通用几何造型方法及系统。系统将水利水电工程设计过程解耦为造型机理表达、特征草图描述、特征变换和造型生成算法对象。针对国内水工设计常见单体异形构件和组合特征复合构件,在Autodesk Revit、Bentley Microstation、Dassault CATIA系统进行了程序化建模验证。系统成功应用于我国多个水利水电工程项目,极大地提高异形几何体的构型效率和复用率,验证了所提出系统的可靠性和可行性。研究成果为水利水电工程信息模型的设计数据跨平台交互和我国水利水电专业国产几何造型系统的研发具有借鉴价值。 The information model of water conservancy and hydropower engineering faces the problems of many special-shaped components,the difficulty of embedding the mechanism model,model cross-platform,stage application difficulty,and fragmented programmatic development in hydraulic design.A general geometric modeling method and system of water conservancy and hydropower engineering information model independent of modeling software are proposed.The design process of water conservancy and hydropower engineering is decoupled into modeling mechanism expression,feature sketch description,feature transformation and modeling generation algorithm.Programmatic modeling verification has been conducted based on mainstream software such as Revit,Microstation,and CATIA using common single irregular components and combined feature composite components.The system has been successfully applied to many water conservancy and hydropower projects in our country,and greatly improve the configuration efficiency and reuse rate of special-shaped geometry.The reliability and feasibility of the proposed system are verified.The research results are of reference value for cross-platform data interaction of water conservancy and hydropower engineering information model design and the development of domestic geometric modeling system for water conservancy and hydropower engineering in China.
